As first time home buyers, we could
not have asked for a better situation. Robert was extremely
patient with us, taking the time to go line item by line
item on all the necessary paperwork. To make these matters
difficult, we we're prospective buyers in Massachusetts

My home in Lakeville,
MA had been on the market for six months with another real
estate agency. Very little had been done to market the home
and I was extremely unhappy with the agent. When the listing
agreement expired, I was inundated by multiple realtors
