4th Quarter Market View
Not surprising that sale prices of single family homes
in Cranberry Country are still falling in the 4th Quarter
2008.
Seven of the nine Cranberry County towns saw an Average
Sale Price decline from a low of (-.98%) Halifax, to a high
of (-19.34%) Lakeville.
Two towns had an positive number in Average Sales Price:
Rochester (23.67%), and Plympton (5.83%). However, Rochester
saw a decline of (-14.63% ) in the Median Sales Price. Plympton
was the only town to have an positive number in the Median
Sales Price (1.45%)

year:

Days On Market
Average days on market decreased:
- 2007 4th Quarter - 173 Days On Market
- 2008 4th Quarter - 149 Days On Market
