2nd Quarter 2009 Market View

Median Sale Prices of single family homes in Cranberry Country have fallen almost 8% (-7.81%) compared to the same time last year (-2.70% for Average Sales Price). Typical of the 2nd quarter there was an up tick in average and median sales price compared to the previous years 1st quaters. But prices are still down.
