Current Market View
Sale prices of single family homes in Cranberry Country
are again, still falling. Collectively the data shows a
decrease of (-10.96%) in the Average Sale Price and a decline
in the Median Sale Price (-15.46%).
Eight of the nine Cranberry County towns saw an Average
Sale Price decline from a low of (-2.22%) Wareham, to a
high of (-23.66%) Halifax.
Only one town had an increase in Average Sales Price -
Rochester (16.11%).
